Great experience, start to finish, when purchasing our new granite countertops with K&D countertops. Picking out our own slab of granite got my husband happily involved with the process. The K&D web page was extremely helpful. The staff was very informative on what to expect during the process and how to take care of our new granite countertops. The workers that came to our house where friendly, professional and respectful. We are impressed with the craftsmanship that went into cutting and designing our countertops. K&D staff even created a 14" round piece to help me finish the restoration of my Grandmother's old wash basin table. Super thankful and happy for that "personal touch."
Would suggest to anyone going on this venture to get, and stay, involved with the process. The staff is professional, ethical and very helpful in making the process enjoyable.

My husband and I decided to replace our tile countertop with granite, and went to Waterville Custom Kitchens for the job. Tim, at Waterville Custom Kitchens, used K&D to order, fabricate and install the granite. We chose Virginia Mist granite, and the slabs K&D provided are gorgeous. We asked to see the granite before the install date to approve it, and the K&D people were very accomodating. They lifted the granite out for us to get a good look. On the installation day, the crew were friendly and very skillful at what they do. They took their time and went to some extra trouble to fit the backsplash to the wall tile above it. It came out perfectly. When I thanked them for all the time and care they took, they said that it's better to get it right the first time. Finally, I had had some concern about the area at the corner where two large slabs join. The granite has flecks and veins, and I worried that the two slabs might not blend well. But the K&D folks laid it out so that the two slabs blend perfectly. You can barely see the seam. We've received many compliments on the new countertops, and we love them. Thanks for making this big job a positive experience.

We were very happy with our countertop replacement. Our salesperson was great to work with and the installation went very smoothly. The quartz countertops look so fantastic that everyone who comes into our house thinks we had a complete kitchen remodel!

I was almost ready to go forward with a big box store for my kitchen and bath counter tops and decided to check out K&D and very glad I did.
Their selection in the price range I wanted was much greater and the granite I chose was almost $20 a sq ft less than HD. I was also able to score a remnant of marble for the smaller counter top at a great price. Everything was done in approximately 9 business days and everything looks excellent. The big box store had a 4-6 week time frame. I worked with Tyler and he was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and never made me feel rushed. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Our experience at K&D was excellent. Rachel was immediately available to us, listened to what we were hoping to find, showed us our options, answered our questions, and was helpful and patient during our decision making process. We are thrilled with our new fireplace hearth.

Seamless completion.
K&D was a referral from my parents after their granite countertops were beautifully installed also by K&D. We first walked in, looked at the granite on site and decided. Came prepared with basic measurements and received an almost spot on quote. Template was scheduled a week later, and install a week after that. Install was quick, beautifully done, and exactly what we wanted. We also chose a new sink for install as well. I am thankful K&D made this happen so effortlessly for us. Highly recommended!

We cannot say enough great things about K&D Countertops! Our experience has been flawless at every level. The sales representative, Carly Thompson, was knowledgeable, responsive, professional, helpful and polite. Once we made our quartz selection, she provided us with an accurate assessment of cost and sent a contract. The gentleman who came out to create the template was experienced, accurate and personable. Six days after the template was created, two very nice men made the installation. The seams look great and are nice and smooth. Our countertops are just perfect, and we love them. We would recommend K&D Countertops to anyone.

It is interesting to note that we did comparison shopping with two other companies. We compared the exact same Cambria company as well as quartz pattern, and found K&D to be about $2,000 less.

Leah at K and D was outstanding. Kind, patient and capable. We had a problem with a business that dropped off a soapstone vanity top for K and D to prepare for installment. The business was not following thru with payment to and pickup from K and D and then delivery to us. As they had promised.

It was a stressful and uncaring circumstance by the business we had purchased the vanity from. We finally had to pay for the work directly to K and D and with Leah at the helm the issue was resolved and K and D made sure the vanity top was delivered to our home.

The two young men that delivered it were polite, efficient and careful with our piece.

As far as we are concerned this business is at the front of the line with service and follow through. It is refreshing in this day and age to put your trust in someone/business and see that the job is done and done well.
